Cookie information

This website (deyacolor.com) is run by DEYACOLOR EOOD, UIC 131422602, 9 Asen Yordanov Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria. Here we explain which cookies we use and how you can manage your choice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files the website stores in your browser. They let the website remember, for example, that you are signed in, what is in your cart or which language you browse in.

Essential cookies

The website cannot work without them, and they need no consent:

session_id – keeps your session: sign-in, cart, order;
frontend_lang – remembers the language you chose (Bulgarian or English);
website_cookies_bar – remembers your cookie choice, so that we do not ask on every visit;
live chat cookies – only if you start a conversation with us in the chat: they keep the conversation while it is open.

Optional cookies

Used only if you accept them in the banner ("Accept all"):

visit statistics – which pages are viewed, so that we can improve the website;
odoo_utm_* – where you came to the website from (e.g. one of our e-mails or an advertisement).

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from other websites (e.g. YouTube videos or maps), which may set their own cookies. Such content is loaded only after you accept all cookies.

How to change your choice

You can delete the website's cookies in your browser settings – on your next visit the banner will ask you again. You can also block cookies in your browser altogether, but then signing in and ordering will not work.

Personal data and contact

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions: office@deyacolor.com.
